Qualifications &

Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school environments preferred
• Ability to consistently follow behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and behavior analysts
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, one-on-one or group behavioral support to students under supervision
• Accurately implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Collect data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition daily
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to maintain a positive and structured learning environment
• Attend team meetings and contribute observations or suggestions regarding student progress
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions
