- Manage payroll across multiple company entities, supporting approximately 600 employees in Massachusetts on a biweekly cycle and approximately 20 employees in Rhode Island on a weekly cycle
- Process accurate, timely multi-state payroll from start to finish
- Identify and recommend process improvements as the organization scales
- Partner with HR and leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Hands-on experience with UKG Ready is required
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience preferred; bachelor's degree a plus
- Comfortable operating independently in a startup-like, high-growth environment
