Overview
Senior Business Applications Administrator responsible for the administration of Net Suite and other key enterprise applications in Evolv Technology's fast-paced, public-company environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that enable growth while protecting innovation.
CompensationBase pay range: $92,000.00/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrator for Net Suite, including configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Manage additional business applications typical for a public company, such as Workday, PO management systems, and other applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Maintain and enhance SOX controls across all relevant systems.
- Build relationships with users to identify needs, recommend enhancements, and improve effective use of existing applications.
- Document procedures and train Evolv employees and staff to utilize applications effectively.
- Lead system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts.
- Provide training and end-user support.
- In the first 30 days: Get to know the IT team and technologies, build relationships with key stakeholders (finance and accounting), learn compliance commitments, take on application administration responsibilities, understand IT procedures, gain familiarity with Net Suite configuration and integrations, review workflows, and assess SOX controls for improvement.
- Within 3 months: Join implementation programs, develop trust-based relationships, evaluate needs for better integrations and data processes, maintain relationships with finance and accounting, and establish a presence as a reliable office resource.
- By the end of the first year: Own Net Suite environment end-to-end, deliver high-quality IT services, fulfill business needs for applications and data, identify improvements, ensure ongoing SOX compliance, and implement changes aligned with compliance and operations.
This role is based at Evolv’s HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week as business requirements allow.
