As part of the Cloud Product Management Organization, you will develop and manage the product roadmap for Pega Cloud services. You’ll focus on creating multi-phased roadmaps, starting from concepts to scalable solutions that align with client needs. You’ll ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence across Pega Cloud offerings.

• Lead the technical roadmap for Pega Cloud Networking Connectivity Products on AWS and GCP.
• Build cross-functional support for your product vision, securing funding and demonstrating ROI to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver rapid client value and drive product adoption.
• Partner with customer support teams to establish operational models, ensuring seamless service delivery and transparency.

• You excel at solving complex business problems with technology and can break down your vision into achievable, iterative steps.
• You balance short-term goals with long-term strategy, making smart trade-offs to achieve optimal results.
• You thrive in a global, distributed team, navigating between technical and business perspectives, and driving inclusive decisions.
• You are adaptable, able to shift between various tasks, from product demos to technical reviews and executive discussions.
• 8+ years of experience in technical roles, consulting, pre-sales, or product management in cloud-based B2B or B2C environments (experience with Low-code, RPA, or DPA a plus).
• Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls).
• Experience with AWS Direct Connect, Google Peering, Private Service Connect, and technologies like Kubernetes, F5, and cloud networking.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor and ability to identify cross-organizational opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (MBA preferred), or equivalent experience.

Base salary range for this role is 138, USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
