Public Records Analyst

• Review and verify criminal, civil, and other public recordsas part of rental applicant background screenings
• Research and resolve missing or unclear case details using internal systems and public databases
• Apply client criteria to determine eligibilitywhile maintaining business and legislative compliance requirements
• Accurately document findings and respond to internalquestions regarding pending searches, results, or screeningguidelines

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice,legal studies or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in research, court records, investigations,or a related area involving criminal or civil court systems
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Basic understanding of legal or court terminology
• Good research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including
  
  Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Share Point
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and clear communication skills
• Commitment to handling confidential informationappropriately

• Knowledge of the criminal and civil court systems, criminal records, and landlord/tenant civil records
