API Presales Engineer; MSP Background

OnPage Corporation is seeking a dynamic API Presales Engineer with hands-on experience in MSP environments. This is your chance to join a fast-growing SaaS company transforming critical communications across healthcare, IT, and security industries.

What You’ll Do:

· Act as the technical face of OnPage during the sales cycle

· Collaborate with account executives to deliver compelling API-based product demonstrations

· Design custom integration workflows that align with client infrastructure (EHR, monitoring, automation platforms, etc.)

· Respond to RFPs, build POCs, and advise customers on scalable deployment architecture

· Be the trusted advisor for MSP partners evaluating OnPage’s platform

What You Bring:

· 3+ years in a technical presales or solutions engineering role

· MSP experience: familiar with ITSM tools, monitoring systems, and managed environments

· Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, tokens)

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills

· Bonus:
Familiarity with healthcare integrations (HL7, FHIR)
