Role

Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and maintenance of IBM Maximo Asset Management system. Ensure smooth functioning, configuration, and optimization of Maximo modules to support asset management, work management, and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration & Maintenance
  • Monitor Maximo application health and performance.
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
• Functional Support
  • Configure Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, Procurement).
  • Manage workflows, escalations, security groups, and automation scripts.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Operations Management
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all modules.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
• User Support & Training
  • Provide functional support to end-users.
  • Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain configuration documentation and SOPs.
  • Develop and manage reports using BIRT or other tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM (7.6.x or MAS 8.x).
• Expertise in Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
• Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP services.
• Basic SQL and reporting skills (BIRT).
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle.
