LABUR is partnering with our client to strengthen their ability to deliver critical business and technical initiatives. To achieve this, we’re introducing a Junior Systems Analyst who will help streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. This engagement focuses on Jira administration, requirements gathering and documentation, and business process modeling in Visio, all essential to improving project visibility and alignment.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, business stakeholders and SMEs to:
• Gather, document, validate and manage traceable requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Help with implementing change management requirements across program delivery stages.
• Assist in coordinating all aspects of program functional testing (Component, UAT) to encompass test plan, test script/test case creation, defect management, testing training and execution with various business line testers.
• Communicate regular testing status updates to demonstrate transparency and visibility of progress, defect resolution, risks, and items for escalation.
• Support system documentation and testing efforts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure improvements in technology meet best practices and follow standard SDLC process.
• Build use cases in Jira.
• Identify routine and standard issues and discuss methods to resolve.
• Support the development of workflows, system configurations and training staff on applications.
• Work with complex information systems and create or modify existing systems through analysis of business and user needs.
• Build partnerships and operate as the liaison with internal departments on programs to determine business needs and recommend/deliver solutions that provide business value to the organization.
• Facilitate strong collaboration across various business stakeholders, end users and departments, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.

• Bachelor's Degree required. 3 years’ proven experience in a systems analysis role. Experience with banking is preferred.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and Lean Process Improvement techniques.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of business tools and applications to include MS Office Suite, Visio, Azure Dev Ops, Salesforce, Copado, Jira.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting. Organized with strong time management skills. Superb verbal and written communication skills.

$40 - $50 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
