My client, Mid-Size Pharma, is seeking an "AD, Enterprise Data Science & AI Operations" GURU!!
In this position, you will sit at the intersection of advanced analytics, digital product development, and operational transformation - driving measurable impact across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, EH&S, and business operations within the pharmaceutical value chain.
What You'll Do- Build and deploy AI/ML, optimization, and advanced analytics solutions at enterprise scale
- Lead high-impact operational analytics initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and planning
- Drive adoption of AI and data science capabilities across the organization
- Partner with business leaders to solve complex operational challenges
- 10+ years of PHARMA experience delivering advanced analytics, AI/ML, or operations research solutions with measurable business impact
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and cloud-native development (AWS preferred)
- Experience with optimization tools such as OR-Tools, Gurobi, or Pyomo strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of machine learning, GenAI/LLMs, MLOps, and scalable AI systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
