Position: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do- Account Management:
Handle all aspects of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and addressing inquiries promptly. - Policy Administration:
Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims with precision and efficiency. - Risk Assessment:
Analyze and assess clients’ insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options. - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Experience:
3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts. - Software Proficiency:
Experience with Epic or other insurance software is highly desired. - Licensing:
Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. - Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
