Supply Chain Analyst (CPT – Master’s Level)

We are seeking a Master’s-level Supply Chain Analyst (CPT eligible) to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for graduate students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.

The analyst will support daily supply chain operations, reporting, and process improvements, while gaining hands‑on experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

• Support procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory management operations.
• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to identify performance trends and areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, lead times, cost savings).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Finance) for smooth process execution.
• Assist in forecasting, supply planning, and vendor performance tracking.
• Work with ERP / SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite for process monitoring (training provided if needed).
• Document findings and share insights with management for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and digital supply chain trends.

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP / SCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the Supply Chain and Operations domain.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of supply chain KPIs (Inventory Turnover, Order Accuracy, Lead Times, etc.).
• Academic project experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.

• Gain hands‑on exposure to real‑world supply chain processes and analytics.
• Work closely with experienced industry professionals while pursuing CPT or OPT.
• Learn and grow toward a long‑term career in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
