The Commercial Manager’s primary responsibility is contract administration and risk management. The role manages time and cost impacts, protects the project from damages, and coordinates the commercial aspects of our contracts throughout the entire project.

- Managing time and cost impacts to protect projects
- Coordinating commercial aspects across all project phases
- Computer proficient and able to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Experience with risk management fundamentals
- Negotiating skills and ability to make effective decisions
- Strong math/accounting skills
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities
- Proven ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Construction, or Business (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- 10 years of experience overseeing all commercial aspects within heavy civil construction projects
