Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Construction Manager to lead and coordinate activities on active construction sites. You will ensure projects adhere to design, schedule, safety, and budget requirements, while managing relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with site safety and health regulations (OSHA and local).
• Coordinate all construction site activities and General Contractor performance.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including 3-week look-ahead planning.
• Monitor project milestones, performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze project risks and implement mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Manage procurement of owner-supplied equipment in coordination with vendors.
• Support project documentation, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Lead construction pre-planning and support business development with project reviews.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, strategy, and progress.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of construction management experience across complex infrastructure or vertical projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification and First Aid/AED trained.
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
