Job Description The Executive Director, Global Market Planning & Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence/efficiency across the U.S. marketing team and guiding global strategic brand and asset planning. This role will oversee execution of key cross-marketing initiatives and will orchestrate global strategic planning for Rezdiffra and development assets. This global marketing leader will partner closely key stakeholders across the U.S. and global teams in commercial, medical and R&D to optimize planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
** 1. Marketing Operations Leadership
*** Identify, centralize and lead tactical execution of key U.S. marketing initiatives in close collaboration with HCP and DTC marketing functions, including both not limited to operations supporting HCP congresses, HCP speaker/patient programs, and sales force fulfillment.
* Serve as Promotional Review Committee (PRC) chair responsible for driving decision making at monthly and ad hoc PRC leadership committee; drive process improvements - inclusive of appropriate integration of AI - to drive consistency and efficiency of promotional reviews.
* Lead annual cross-functional Global brand planning process in collaboration with U.S., Global and International teams in Commercial, Medical, HEOR, Legal, Regulatory and Finance.
* Collaborate with HCP, DTC marketing and Strategy/Ops team to develop a holistic brand view on NPP (and in future omnichannel state) spend, ROI, and efficiency across channels.
