Deciphera, a member of Ono Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., is a biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing important new medicines and providing hope to people living with cancer, neurologic and autoimmune disease. Deciphera is leveraging its proprietary switch-control kinase inhibitor platform and deep expertise in kinase biology to develop a broad portfolio of innovative medicines. In addition to advancing multiple product candidates from Deciphera's platform in clinical studies, QINLOCK® (ripretinib) is Deciphera's switch-control kinase inhibitor approved in many countries including the European Union and the United States for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have received prior treatment with 3 or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib.

ROMVIMZA® (vimseltinib) is a kinase inhibitor approved in the United States for adult patients with symptomatic tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) for which surgical resection will potentially cause worsening functional limitation or severe morbidity, and in the European Union for adult patients with TGCT associated with clinically relevant physical function deterioration and in whom surgical options have been exhausted or would induce unacceptable morbidity or disability.

Deciphera is seeking an Executive Director, Global Supply Chain to lead our global clinical and commercial supply chain organization.

You'll be responsible for ensuring reliable product supply across our portfolio, guiding critical supply decisions, leading a high-performing team, and partnering closely with stakeholders across Deciphera and ONO.

This role is ideal for a seasoned biotech supply chain leader with deep clinical supply expertise, commercial launch experience, and the ability to step into a highly visible leadership role with immediate impact.

What You'll Do

Lead Deciphera's global clinical and commercial supply chain strategy and execution across the product lifecycle.

Ensure uninterrupted supply across clinical studies, commercial operations, and future product launches.

Member of the leadership team, this includes budgeting, forecasting and S&OP

Partner with Technical Operations, Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and ONO colleagues to drive critical supply decisions and manage risk.

Lead and develop a high-performing global supply chain organization.

Oversee key external manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and distribution partners.

Guide inventory, capacity, demand planning, and supply continuity strategies in support of business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Deep clinical supply chain leadership experience supporting global Phase I-III programs.

Commercial supply experience, including at least one successful product launch and support of marketed products.

Executive leadership experience with the ability to lead leaders, influence decisions, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive results through others rather than direct execution.
