• Locate and pick material accurately as specified on pick lists or work orders.
• Manage the timely and accurate shipment of finished goods, inventory, raw materials and subcomponents.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of customer orders by picking all items on or before the scheduled ship date.
• Receive finished material into stock, review backlog, and ship products in a timely manner.
• Work with Product Management to prioritize and move backordered items.
• Move materials from warehouse locations to designated areas and restock parts safely.
• Handle products in a safe manner to prevent damage and maintain proper condition.
• Maintain material control of company‑controlled inventory stockroom in compliance with quality system procedures.
• Oversee material issuance, allocation (FIFO), and scrap processes.
• Expedite products from test receiving and manufacturing to meet picking schedules.
• Accurately label, package, and document 250–350 line items per shipment.
• Proactively communicate low inventory levels, material discrepancies, and other issues that may impact quality or operations.
• Perform accurate cycle counts, issue parts against open work orders, and function with handheld barcode scanners.
• Support clean work environment, remove cardboard and trash, and maintain equipment in good operating condition.
• Uphold safe work practices, assist in safety training, and report potential hazards.
• Assist in Lean Sigma continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and customer issues.

• High school diploma.
• 2–4 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory environment.
• Experience with inventory transactions and handheld barcode scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (regular basis).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of MRP systems and technical data handling.
• Must be a U.S. Person to access export‑controlled information.
• Pay range: $47,000–$63,000, depending on experience.
