Operating Room Registered Nurse

Base Pay Range: $52.00/hr – $67.00/hr.

Day shift, No call, Flexible schedule 30‑40 hours/week. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team. As part of a fast‑paced, patient‑centered outpatient setting, you’ll assist surgeons, maintain a sterile field, monitor patients, document precisely, and collaborate with pre‑op and post‑op teams.

• Prepare the operating room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor patient status throughout the surgical process and respond to any changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and patient responses.
• Collaborate with pre‑op and post‑op teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

• Current RN license in the state of [State].
• Minimum of 1 year OR nursing experience (ambulatory surgery center experience preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
