$16.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Positions Available- 5 hour position working between 11:00am–1:00pm M‑F
- 10 hour position working between 11:00am–2:00pm M‑F
- 15 hour position working between 10:00am–2:00pm M‑F
- 20 hour position working between 10:00am–3:00pm M‑F

- We pay you by the service (commission) + mileage reimbursement + cell phone stipend + 100% tips
- If you have 0-1 years experience, the starting weekend pay averages between $16‑22/hour plus reimbursements; pay increases with experience
- This is an Employee W2 position and NOT an independent contractor position
- Depending on availability and experience, this is a great way to earn supplemental income
- You can make extra money by providing pet sitting services and taking extra hours, overnights, or weekend work
- This is a part‑time job to start and may become full time; schedule is based on client need
- A minimum of 6 months commitment is preferred; temporary/seasonal positions are NOT available
- Bring at least 2 years of hands‑on experience caring for animals
- Walk dogs up to 6 miles per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Work in all New England weather conditions; resilient and prepared for extreme weather
- Perform pet care duties: feeding, waste management, cleaning, administering medication, handling spills
- Use GPS and scheduling app for routes and instructions
- Manage schedule independently and cover for teammates when needed
- Maintain excellent Verbal and written communication with clients and management
- Organize visits, maintain detailed records, and be reliable and self‑motivated
- Provide undivided attention and affection during visits, including solo and group walks
- Ensure safety and security of animals and client homes, vigilant presence
- Dispose of pet waste meticulously and environmentally friendly
- Provide daily updates through scheduling app with notes and photos
- Passion for working with dogs and cats
- A smartphone capable of texting, downloading, and using scheduling software
- A reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance
- Residency within 15 minutes of Waltham, Belmont, Watertown
- Availability for last‑minute visits and occasional evenings or weekends
- Four references (3 professional, 1 personal)
- Commitment to agreed hours unless prior absence arranged or illness
- A clean criminal background and driving record; checks required prior to employment
