Base pay: $16.00–$22.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement, a cell phone stipend, paid Sick Time, Paid Time Off after 12 months, and 100% tips. This is an employee W2 position.

• 10 hour position (11:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday‑Friday)
• 15 hour position (10:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday‑Friday)
• 20 hour position (10:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday‑Friday)

Experience: Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience caring for animals (personal, volunteer, or professional). Must handle large and small dogs, and cats, including feeding, playing, litter management, and provide extensive training. Partners

Physical Ability: Walk dogs up to 6 miles/day, lift up to 40‑50 pounds (pet supplies, etc.).

Weather Warrior: Work in all New England weather conditions, from rain to snow, with short to hour‑long walks, 6 miles maximum.

Pet Care Duties: Feed, waste manage, clean, administer medication, and handle messes.

Tech‑Savvy: Use GPS, review pet profiles, and follow scheduling app instructions.

Scheduling & Supervision: Manage schedule independently; cover for teammates when necessary.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client and team interaction; respond quickly during shifts.

Organizational

Skills:

Safety First: Protect animals and client homes, maintain vigilance.

• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Live within 15 minutes of Waltham, Belmont, or Watertown
• Available for last‑minute visits and occasional evenings/weekends
• Four references (3 professional, 1 personal)
• Commitment to agreed hours unless prior notice or illness
