Job Overview
Apply for the FOH Supervisor role at ISS Facility Services – North America. The FOH Supervisor drives customer service, employee engagement, safety programs, signage, and micro‑kitchen supervision to satisfy client and customer needs through high‑quality, cost‑effective food service operations.
Key PurposeThe FOH Supervisor must meet client and customer needs by delivering outstanding food service operations while ensuring safety, sanitation, and training.
Success Criteria- Effective team building
- Resolve customer complaints or issues

- Handle staff scheduling
- Hire and train new employees
- Work with the GM and Executive Chef on team programming and safety
- Collaborate with the GM on assigned duties
- Experience in food systems with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail

- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Leadership experience
- Day‑to‑day support of all front‑of‑house and micro‑kitchen activities
- Complete tasks assigned by the Food Service Manager or General Manager
- Comply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer‑centric solutions
- Develop good customer relationships and address service needs
- Demonstrate accountability and self‑awareness
- Build teams that are customer focused and solutions oriented while remaining flexible in constant change
- Maintain service standards and CPEs of the client
- Maintain product inventory at established levels
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Adhere to dress code
- Work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

SalaryAnnual salary range: $24.00 per hour – $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
