Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Bentley University in Waltham, MA — a prestigious private business university known for its vibrant campus and high culinary expectations.

The Executive Chef will oversee resident dining operations and catering production
, leading a talented team to deliver outstanding quality and service. This hands-on leader will play a key role in menu development
, labor and production management
, and culinary marketing initiatives
. The ideal candidate thrives on the floor during service, engaging with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a memorable dining experience.

• Lead the culinary direction for resident dining and catering services.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, menu compliance, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
• Ensure Sodexo culinary standards are met, including recipe compliance, presentation, and food quality.
• Develop creative, high-end menus that align with client and customer expectations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor culinary staff to drive engagement and excellence.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Utilize Sodexo’s automated food management systems for ordering, production, and inventory control.

• A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
