• Base Pay: $18/hr
• Unlimited Earnings:
  Performance-based bonuses allow for significant earning potential.
• Average Total Pay: $23.00/hour (includes typical bonuses)
• Top Performers: $31.00+/hour (no cap on bonus earnings)
