Store Associate

Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. Work independently and as a team to positively impact customers one at a time.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Giving a warm and friendly greeting and assisting customers.
• Accurately performing cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendor shipments, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

• Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity to read, view computer terminals, and inspect small parts/details.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred but Not Required.

Part time

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour. Base hourly rate; actual base salary will vary.
