We've partnered with a local independent agency to help expand their team as there is a need for a Personal Lines Account Manager to assist with a growing book of business. Ideal candidates have a few years of Personal Lines Insurance experience, particularly with High-Net-Worth accounts, familiarity with management systems such as Applied Epic, and hold an active MA
Property & Casualty license
. A summary of responsibilities can be found below along with additional information regarding the available benefits package:

• Process endorsements, audits, policy changes, and maintain follow-up lists and policy details.
• Prepare and processes renewal information requests and certificates.
• Monitor communication with clients to manage or update information, provide quotes, bind coverages, and assist with potential cross-selling opportunities.
• Working knowledge of carriers such as:
  Berkley One, Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, etc.
• Maintain client confidentiality, demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude, and help promote an engaging work environment.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Disability Insurance, Wellness Programs, etc.
