Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer – Kaloutas

Lead Industrial Flooring Installer – Epoxy & Polished Concrete.

Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience).

Locations:
Haverhill, MA
• Worcester, MA
• Waltham, MA.

• Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and other equipment.
• Install epoxy flooring systems and polished concrete finishes.
• Apply coatings and finishes to meet quality standards.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Work with Foreman/Field Manager and flooring crew.
• Complete jobs on time with high-quality results.

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial flooring experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience with urethane and mortar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional communication on job sites.
• Basic math skills (square footage, ratios, unit conversions).
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and smartphone.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow all safety policies.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Pass a background check for our facilities.
