Join CBRE to work as an HVAC Technician – Licensed – in a 350,000 sq. ft. Ambulatory Surgery Center located just off I-95 in Waltham, Massachusetts. The facility offers free parking and an on-site cafeteria to support staff.

Responsibilities- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
- Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components.
- Work on Chillers, Air Handling Units, Roof‑Top Units, and Walk‑in Refrigeration.
- Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and work‑safety standards.
- Diagnose equipment failures and identify the best course of action for modifications.
- Apply in‑depth knowledge of standard principles and procedures to complete sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share knowledge of your job subject area and broader areas within the function.
- Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, build consensus, and explain difficult or sensitive information.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4‑5 years of job‑related experience; experience and education may substitute.
- Massachusetts Refrigeration License required.
- Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry loads of 50 lbs or more.
- Judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to consider new viewpoints on existing solutions.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sophisticated math skills; ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial‑related calculations.
- Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Minimum salary $35.00 per hour; maximum salary $50.00 per hour. Salary depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
