• Drive a fully‑equipped service van to repair and replace broken hoses on‑site
• Diagnose issues, solve problems, and fabricate hoses to get equipment running again
• Manage your tools and vehicle
• Join a rotating on‑call schedule (with incentive pay)

• Mechanical aptitude (cars, bikes, boats — it all counts)
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and reliability
• Comfortable working independently most days — unless it’s a big job, you’ll run service calls solo and only see the crew at weekly meetings and when you restock.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background & drug checks

Experience not required — we’ll train you and back you up with 24/7 support.

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
