We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be part of a team that is working directly with our Chief Product Officer on the Pega Blueprint SaaS offering. This is a high‑visibility individual contributor (IC) role that demands a solid technical foundation and a proactive attitude. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up‑like environment within the walls of a much larger company.

• You will act as a team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application
• Frequently deploy changes to production to ensure product is up to date
• Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service
• Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback, thinking on your feet to solve complex problems and speed‑bumps in the products lifecycle

• You are a highly motivated, strongly autonomous individual but also work well in teams

• Must be local to Waltham, Ma and able to come onsite 3‑4 days per week

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar degree is required
• Full‑stack development experience required
• Experience using React highly preferred
• Experience with prompt engineering highly encouraged
• Experience with Java is ideal
• Primarily will work in rules development (App development on Pega Infinity)
• Pega CSA or CSSA is a plus

Base salary range for this role is 85, USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
