Associate Software Engineer, Pega Blueprint

As a member of the Pega Marketing Development team, you will work closely with fellow Agile team members, Product Management, and other global teams to develop features and tools that allow our clients to enhance the way they manage relationships with their customers.

Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you’ll help us design, develop, implement, and test the next generation of Pega’s Marketing Automation product. This is your chance to get your hands on leading‑edge AI and machine learning technology that figures out what people really care about.

• Act as a team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application
• Frequently deploy changes to production to keep the product up to date
• Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service
• Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback, thinking on your feet to solve complex problems and speed bumps in the product lifecycle

• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented design principles
• Java development experience through projects, internships, class work, etc.
• Course or project experience in data science and data analytics
• Agile development methodology experience/knowledge
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them to solving challenging problems

• Experience using React (recommended)
• Experience with prompt engineering (highly encouraged)
• Experience with Java (preferred)
• Primarily will work in rules development (App development on Pega Infinity)
• Pega CSA or CSSA is a big plus

Base salary range for this role is 72,000 – 107,600 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
