Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design technical solutions
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
• Champion in one or more methodologies SCRUM, KANBAN.
• Drive strategic and tactical decision making from a technology perspective, including software innovation
• Research and stay on top of industry trend and approach relevant to Videojet products and solutions.
• Construct overall & automated test strategies by understanding test automation solutions using industry Best Practices
• Implementation of end to end automated testing tools and frameworks using open-source tools and license tools, covering both functional and non-functional areas.

• 4-year degree (Computer Science/equivalent Engineering) with 5+ year of testing experience
• Hands‑on knowledge of Python is must, C/Java would be a plus
• Hands‑on in creating test plans, test cases, testing non-functional areas, Performance and Security testing
• Experience in creating CI/CD plans preferably using Jenkins, Bamboo
• Experience with version control tools such as SVN, Gitlab, Github
• Experience working with automation tools preferably Squish
