• Architect and build cutting-edge software solutions using Go (Golang), Python, React, and Type Script.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, product leaders, and the head of engineering to define our technical strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team through the process of implementing end-to-end solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep us at the forefront of technology in Fin Tech.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Golang, Python, React, and Type Script, or similar languages, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
• Experience delivering complex software projects in a corporate environment, preferably in Fin Tech or a related industry.
• Strong background in financial systems, risk assessment, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the financial or similar sectors a plus.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams to successfully on product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of driving strategic initiatives and influencing product development and direction.
