Job Summary
As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled engineers throughout the full lifecycle of cloud-based software defined storage solutions—including design, development, testing, and maintenance. In this role, you will contribute to technical discussions both within your team and across cross‑functional groups, and implement design and development of the product.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on design, development and testing for new product feature increment involving complex, interdependent components.
• Participate in technical discussions within the team and with cross‑functional partners.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and Python.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to solve complex problems and improve system performance.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands‑on experience with file systems, high availability systems, and/or networking preferred.
• Creative, collaborative, quick‑learning, and results‑driven mindset.

Education

• 5 years minimum of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science.

Compensation
The target salary range for this position is 130,900 – 194,700 USD. Final compensation packages are competitive and include a comprehensive benefits package (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, Performance‑Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, RSUs). Benefits may vary by country and region and are governed by local laws and company policies.
