A close-knit, UK wide construction consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's roleThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an ambitious QS team who enjoy delivering a range of different projects across sectors such as hospitality, student accommodation, residential, and leisure.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects (up to 90m) from inception to completion whilst also working closely with clients - developing new and existing relationships.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Ideally MRICS
- Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing experience
- Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completion
- 60,000 - 70,000
- Flexible working
