The Position – Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach are recruiting a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in a primary school in East London. This position involves supporting pupils with SEN needs across the classroom, working both 1:1 and in small groups. The successful candidate will assist with learning activities, implement EHCP strategies, and support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is essential.

Experience with ASD, ADHD, or additional needs is highly desirable. This is a rewarding long-term opportunity within a supportive school environment.
