The Role – Behaviour Mentor

This role of a Behaviour Mentor requires someone to work and support 2 students in Year 5 who have challenging behaviours. This role is needed for someone who is resilient and supportive but also who will create a safe and encouraging environment for students with challenging behaviour to develop good habits and further their learning. Ideally, you will have previous experience with challenging behaviour.

This amazing school is based in Waltham Forest. The nearest train station is a 7 minute walk to the school. This school is mixed gender with a total of 183 students aged from 3-11 years old. This school make sure to provide all students with a supportive and safe environment whilst meeting the needs of individuals who require specific needs, ensuring students feel valued and happy.
