Sen Teaching Assistant

NYKays Recruitment Ltd is looking for experienced ASD Teaching Assistants to start in the academic year 2026/27. This long-term role may lead to a permanent position.

Key Requirements:

* Experience working with children or young people with learning difficulties, especially autism.

* At least three months as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant.

* Commitment to supporting children with special educational needs.

* Ability to manage challenging behaviors and adapt to individual needs.

* Must be an enthusiastic team player with patience.

Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs.

* Assist teachers with teaching and learning.

* Support colleagues with personal care tasks.

* Maintain a safe and productive work environment in line with school policies.
