Schools in areas such as Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford, and Highams Park are seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:

Work closely with class teachers as a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups as a Learning Support Assistant.

Help pupils stay engaged with lessons and encourage positive learning behaviours.

Support children with additional learning needs where required.

Assist with classroom preparation, activities, and interventions as a Learning Support Assistant.

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

A proactive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who enjoys helping pupils succeed.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A Learning Support Assistant who is patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting young learners.
