Pay Rate: 140 - 200 per day

Job Overview: Looking for a rewarding role in education? Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a qualified Science Teacher for full-time, long-term positions and day-to-day supply work across Bristol. As a Science Teacher, you will inspire students to explore scientific concepts across biology, chemistry and physics. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress and collaborate with colleagues to support academic achievement.

The ideal Science Teacher will hold a PGCE and QTS or QTLS. Early career teachers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Science Teacher lessons.
• Inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for scientific enquiry.
• Assess and monitor student progress in science.
• Collaborate with other Science Teachers and wider school staff.
• Support school academic goals and exam preparation.

Requirements:

• QTS or QTLS certification.
• PGCE or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for teaching science.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Early career teachers are welcome to apply.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.
