Working closely with cross‑functional engineering teams, you will drive RTL‑to‑GDSII implementation while helping to shape methodologies, influence project direction and contribute to the successful delivery of high‑quality silicon. • Strong academic background in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience across full backend/physical design flows in advanced CMOS technologies.
• Strong understanding of timing closure methodologies and sign‑off requirements.
• Experience with low‑power implementation techniques for battery‑operated or power‑sensitive products.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard EDA tools and scripting languages such as Tcl, Python or Shell.
• Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive solutions independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in mentoring others and contributing to technical leadership within the team.
