Are you a Systems Engineer with industry experience looking to accelerate your development, gain exposure to a wider variety of complex engineering projects, and join a specialist consultancy where you'll work directly with leading Defence, Nuclear and Space organisations while receiving structured support and clear progression opportunities?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Systems Engineering consultancy that delivers projects across Defence, Nuclear, Space and Utilities. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will support clients through a range of activities including concept development, systems architecture, requirements management, integration and verification.
The role is ideally suited to someone who has completed a graduate scheme or gained early career experience within a major engineering organisation and is looking for broader exposure, greater responsibility and faster professional development. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple projects and industries rather than being confined to a single programme.

The Role:- Support systems engineering activities across the project lifecycle
- Contribute to concept studies, architecture development and technical analysis
- Develop and manage system requirements and supporting documentation
- Engage with clients and stakeholders across Defence, Nuclear and Space programmes
- Support verification, validation and systems integration activities
- 2+ years' industry experience within Systems Engineering
- Background in Defence, Nuclear, Aerospace, Security or another complex engineering environment
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle activities
- Strong communication skills and an interest in developing consultancy skills
- Must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
