Overview

Step into Magnet as a Design Sales Assistant and help bring dream kitchens to life. As a Design Sales Assistant in our Walthamstow showroom, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience—from the moment customers walk into the showroom. You’ll understand customer needs and guide them through our showroom, demonstrating Magnet’s products and services.

This position is part time, 22 hours and will include weekend working. If you’re customer-focused, happy working within a sales environment and eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.

• You will earn a salary of £14,025 - £15,000 (Base £14,025, with on-target earnings of c £15,000)

• Creating a warm welcome for all customers visiting the showroom
• Inspiring customers with excellent product knowledge
• Booking and managing customer appointments
• Supporting Kitchen Sales Designers through the full customer journey
• Identifying opportunities to contribute to store sales targets
