Are you hardworking, reliable, and comfortable with physical work? We're looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Southampton.

This is a hands-on role that involves moving, handling, and preparing stock within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you enjoy staying active throughout the day and take pride in working safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
Safely lifting and handling boxes and products weighing up to 20kg.
Assisting with the organisation and storage of incoming and outgoing stock.
Preparing customer orders and work orders for dispatch.
Supporting warehouse operations to ensure goods are processed efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Following all health and safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.
What We're Looking For

Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Experience with in a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/goods-out environment is advantageous.
Able to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 20kg safely.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and a strong awareness of workplace safety.
Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
40 hours per week
£12.75 per hour
