Are you an organised and proactive administrator with accounts experience who enjoys a varied role? We are looking for an Accounts & Office Support Administrator to join our friendly and busy team in Walton-on-Thames.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing finance administration, office management and HR support within a collaborative business environment. You will become an integral part of the team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office while assisting with key accounting and administrative functions.

The Role

Accounts Support

• Manage Sales and Purchase Ledger activities
• Process invoices, reconciliations, credit control and BACS payment runs
• Raise and monitor proforma invoices
• Maintain order intake logs and assist with month-end reporting
• Support backlog reporting and keep order records up to date
• Assist with month-end processes and VAT return preparation
• Produce and issue customer statements
• Liaise with customers regarding outstanding balances and account queries
• Reconcile credit card transactions, petty cash and expenses
