Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician Walton-on-Thames We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to join a busy dealership workshop in Walton-on-Thames. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have relevant workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK. Up to £44,320 uncapped

Hours:

Career development and progression opportunities Ongoing support from the Aftersales Manager Vehicle Technician Role Carry out servicing and scheduled vehicle maintenance Complete mechanical and electrical repairs to required standards Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical faults Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional work Complete pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles Carry out authorised warranty repairs and complete accurate write-ups Road test vehicles and ensure all work is completed to a high standard Vehicle Technician Requirements Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent essential Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Mechanic Strong vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair skills Basic mechanical and electrical diagnostic capability Full UK Driving Licence essential Diagnostic, MOT and Electric Vehicle experience is advantageous but not essential Previous manufacturer or brand experience is desirable but not essential Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a team-focused approach Right to work in the UK
