The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a qualified surveyor for the Assets team. You will lead damp, mould and disrepair works across social housing, diagnosing faults, specifying repairs and managing contractors to completion.
You will also keep residents informed throughout the process and ensure value for money. This role requires a full driving licence, DBS check, and the ability to work a 35-hour week including Saturdays and out-of-hours rota.
