We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Teacher to join our team in Shepperton, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality education to our students, fostering an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote student learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored feedback and support.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a supportive learning community.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching strategies and methodologies.
- A relevant teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to teamwork.
