Position: Year 3 Teacher in Walton on Thames

Year 3 Teacher - Full-Time (Walton-on-Thames)

Time Plan Education are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and high‑achieving primary school in Walton-on-Thames.

We provide a supportive environment with a strong community feel, an ambitious curriculum, and a focus on pupil well‑being and development. The school fosters a positive, inclusive environment, encouraging children to thrive academically and personally.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons to a Year 3 class.
  • Plan, prepare and assess pupils' work in line with the national curriculum.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Qualifications and experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong planning and classroom teaching skills.
  • Good understanding of SEND and inclusive practice.
  • Effective behaviour management skills.
  • Passion for delivering a broad and engaging curriculum.
