• Deliver consistent, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Work collaboratively with the care team to meet individual resident needs
• Support daily care routines, activities, and general operations of the home
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and procedures
• Uphold professional standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and care standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

• Registered with the NMC with relevant post-registration experience
