Up to 65k per annum We are seeking a Senior CRM Power Platform Technical Analyst to join our Technology Team. This role is pivotal in designing, delivering, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across our business. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our CRM and automation platforms, supporting critical business operations.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
Lead Design and Implementation:
Oversee the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Technical Leadership:
Act as a senior technical advisor and provide direction to the CRM & Power Platform user base, setting standards and best practices. Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality functional and technical solution designs. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in both on-premises and cloud CRM environments. Security and Compliance:
Ensure effective security, access controls, and data segregation across all users.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Data & Insights team to enforce data quality and validation at the point of entry.
Innovation: Stay informed of emerging capabilities in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 and recommend enhancements. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Extensive
Experience:
Proven track record in delivering and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across various modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and more. Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, FetchXML, and performance optimisation.
Certifications:
Hold Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications, ideally PL-200 (Functional Consultant). Agile Environment:
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment, contributing actively to all phases of the Agile process. Leadership and Communication:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, coupled with excellent communication skills. Benefits:
