Parkside is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Specialist in Walton-on-Thames. This hands-on role involves practical maintenance tasks, administrative support, and managing compliance-related activities across multiple sites.
The candidate will work closely with the Facilities Manager, supporting both the Head Office in Surrey and the Training Academy in Derby. Candidates must have strong maintenance skills and be willing to travel, as well as possessing a full clean driving licence.
